Here’s a little info about my background…
I am a Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Practitioner, certified in Hypnosis, Yoga and Restorative Yoga, a dance/fitness professional, meditation and stress relief trainer, EFT practitioner and I use other modalities as needed to help my clients. I am also a highly trained mental health practitioner.
I work with people suffering from chronic migraines and headaches, food allergies and inflammation to help them beat their pain, regain control of their bodies and move forward into a vibrantly energized and fulfilling life. Having suffered from very chronic migraines, severe food allergies and chronic inflammation, I’ve experienced what it’s like first hand, and I know how to handle the issues. Every body is different, so I have developed programs that are extremely customized, and I help my clients figure out what works for them with care and support.
For the past 30+ years, I’ve always donated part of my business income to the support of organizations who support animals and wildlife as well as wildlands conservation. I donate monthly to groups like Defenders of Wildlife and International Fund for Animal Welfare and support many other organizations including Sierra Club, De Wildt Cheetah Foundation in South Africa, USPCA and many more. I have also personally worked in animal rescue for decades, and I believe in giving back to the places that feed the soul.
